Our sleep journal was designed to be an everyday journal that can be used before bed to help you sleep. This beautiful journal becomes a planner by day. As a mum and a business owner my lifestyle left me sleep deprived and anxious. After countless research I discovered journaling to help resolve anxiety and assist in creating a better frame of mind for good sleep. What I wanted didn’t exist, so I designed one myself.
